By participating in any contest, giveaway, or sweepstakes conducted by participating radio stations and affiliated digital platforms (\u201cSponsors\u201d), each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Contest Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsors, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the contest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve or increase the chances of winning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To be eligible, contestants must:
\u2022 Be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise specified
\u2022 Be at least 21 years of age for alcohol-related prizes or promotions
\u2022 Provide valid proof of identity when claiming a prize
\u2022 Meet any additional eligibility requirements outlined for a specific contest<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sponsors reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any contest or these rules at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, in their sole discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Listeners may win up to $100 in prizes per station within a 30-day period unless otherwise specified by the Sponsors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Contest winners who have received $100 in total prize value must wait thirty (30) days from the date of their most recent qualifying win before becoming eligible to win another prize on any participating station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prize eligibility and tracking are based on the individual entrant, not the household.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Contest winners are responsible for picking up prizes at the designated station or office location unless otherwise specified. Sponsors are not responsible for mailing or delivering prizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Contestants must be available for all required contest dates, appearances, or activities. Sponsors reserve the right to select an alternate winner if the original winner is unavailable or unable to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a condition of participation, entrants agree to:
\u2022 Authorize Sponsors and their representatives to verify eligibility information and investigate statements made in entry materials
\u2022 Authorize references, employers, educational institutions, and other relevant parties to provide information requested by Sponsors
\u2022 Execute any requested releases, waivers, or consent forms associated with contest participation
\u2022 Release and hold harmless Sponsors and affiliated entities from any liability arising out of participation in the contest or acceptance\/use of any prize<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sponsors reserve the right to conduct background investigations where permitted by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Winners may be required to execute affidavits of eligibility, publicity releases, liability waivers, tax documentation, and any additional documents deemed necessary by Sponsors prior to receiving a prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Failure to complete required documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsors and their affiliated entities the right to use the winner\u2019s name, voice, likeness, photograph, biographical information, and statements for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sponsors may photograph, record, or film contest participants and winners in connection with contest activities and may use such materials for promotional purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise determined by Sponsors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use are solely the responsibility of the winner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Winners receiving prizes totaling more than $600 in aggregate value during a calendar year may be required to complete IRS tax documentation, including providing a valid Social Security Number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sponsors, affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (\u201cReleasees\u201d) are not responsible for:
\u2022 Lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries
\u2022 Technical malfunctions of any kind, including telephone, cellular, network, computer, satellite, or internet failures
\u2022 Human error
\u2022 Typographical or printing errors
\u2022 Contest interruptions caused by acts of God, natural disasters, public health emergencies, war, terrorism, or any other circumstances beyond Sponsors\u2019 control
\u2022 Cancellations, postponements, or delays relating to any contest or prize event<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Releasees are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in any contest or acceptance or use of any prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Any attempt to tamper with or undermine the legitimate operation of a contest may result in disqualification and possible legal action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All decisions made by Sponsors are final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These Official Contest Rules shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Any disputes arising from or relating to any contest shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the State of West Virginia, and all participants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
