Upon arrival, officers located an <strong>adult woman deceased inside the home<\/strong>. At the time, police said the cause of death was unknown and that an investigation was underway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In an update released Wednesday, police said an <strong>autopsy conducted by the West Virginia State Medical Examiner\u2019s Office<\/strong> found <strong>no evidence of foul play<\/strong>. Preliminary results indicated the death was <strong>consistent with the woman\u2019s medical history<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to police, the medical examiner\u2019s findings aligned with all other information gathered during the investigation.
