The officer recognized Foster from previous encounters and knew he had an active warrant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Police say Foster ran when the officer tried to contact him. The officer chased him toward Bunch Street and found him behind bushes at a home, where he was taken into custody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The officer reported finding a hypodermic needle on Foster. The homeowner told police she wanted to pursue a trespassing charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Foster was arrested on the Jackson County warrant for driving while revoked.
